X is for Xscape!
The warmer wheather will soon be here & our fvorite place to visit as a family, is Xscape, in Glasshougton, Castleford. We spend most weekends here, whether it be just to have some lunch as a family, have a wander around the shopping centre (Junction 32) or letting the kids go wild on the huge bouncy castle that is usually situated outside the doors of Xscape itself. The kids always have a great time & they get to burn off lots of energy too! it's really nice to have such a lovely place just on our doorstep, or rather - two bus trips away!
They have recently built this awesome little park just outside of Burger King which is awesome & great for the days when you want to get out of the house but aren't exactly flashing the cash! Felicity absolutely loves it, we last visited on Boxing Day 2018 whilst Neil & Joel nipped over to GAME in Freeport & she had such a good time because it was her first time & she was blown away but it, as it wasn't there the last time we had visited (they were still building it)
I love how excited my two get when a day at xscape is mentioned. I you haven't ever been then a definetly recommend you take a day trip there, because there is SO MUCH to do! They even have skiing & a Gravity (trampolines) we haven't tried this yet tho, it is however on our list to do!!
